The Account Broker is responsible to support the Broking Team to deliver PRM services to Commercial / Professional Risks Practice Clients AND Insolvency, Corporate Recovery & Turnaround Practice Clients in Australia.Heres an overview of your future role:Employment type: Full-timeShift: Day Shift (Mon – Fri; 7AM – 4PM)Work setup: Onsite, AlabangPerks: Day 1 HMO, Above-market salary, Global exposureWhat do you need to succeed? At least 5 years General Insurance Broking experience with a sound technical knowledgeExcellent client servicing skills including expectation managementExcellent communication and negotiation skillsHigh levels of attention to detail and strong time management skillsStrong desire to continue to learnMinimum industry General Insurance Broking qualifications essentialStable work historyWhat awaits you in this role? Commercial / Professional Risks Practice Seek quotations and terms (online and direct with Underwriters)Prepare slipsAssist with preparation of reports and insurance manualsPrepare and issue Certificate of CurrenciesCalculate premiumsProcess invoices and closingsReview policy documentsFinalize extensions and endorsementsPrepare information and documentation for renewal discussions with Clients and UnderwritersProvide Debtors Reports off the System to Manager and CEO on a Monthly basis Assist with premium collection and credit controlProvide renewal Reports off the System to Manager and CEO on a Quarterly basisPRM Insolvency, Corporate Recovery & Turnaround Practice Responsibilities / Key Tasks:Assist the team with back-office support to handle formal trading and non-trading appointments as per PRM service commitment to clients.Update Status ReportEnter all new appointments immediately into the Status Report, open files/folders, and allocate appointments to the Team.Prepare day one communication for the teamMaintain the Status ReportLiaise with the Team and ensure the report is up to date at all timesLiaise with the Service Team to update the Status Report and send the reports to the Client & Facility Insurer on the 10th of each month.Invoicing:Liaise with the Service Teams to invoice all invoicing required in a timely manner including extensions and adjustments.Reports:Provide Debtors and IAA Earnings Reports off the system to the Manager, Financial Controller, and CEO on the 15th & 30th of each monthInsolvency – General Tasks:Seek quotations and termsAssist with Workers Compensation Insurance requirementsAssist with preparing Scope of Work Fee IncomeInvoicing: Liaise with the Service Teams to invoice all invoicing required in a timely manner including extensions and adjustments.Assist with Credit Control Debtors ManagementAssist with ClaimsWhy choose us?
