As a dynamic and growing business, we need a motivated individual with the passion to provide excellent customer service and has demonstrated past achievements in collection management. We are looking for a Collection Analyst, who will be an effective contributor to the Collections Team.

Collection Analyst
The Collection Analyst reports directly to the Collection Officer, and is tasked to perform monitoring and analysis of delinquent accounts, including the following:
• Collection from delinquent customers through telephone follow ups
• Issuance of collection/demand letters to delinquent customers and determining reasons for delinquency
• Implementing appropriate collection strategies and techniques to maximize collection efficiency of assigned accounts
• Recommend accounts for endorsement to Collection Agencies/Lawyers
• Monitor and coordinate with Collection Agencies on the status of endorsed accounts and prepare necessary reports.
• Handle queries of walk-in delinquent clients and compute late payment charges of total amounts due
• Prepare the Daily Collection Follow-up Report and maintain reports on daily productivity, status of accounts, reason for delinquency, etc.

As Collection Analyst, you must have experience with handling customers and providing excellent service.  You need to be goal-oriented and an effective team contributor in all aspects. You must be detail-oriented, especially in monitoring accounts with broken PTP and consistent in following up on customers’ promises to pay. It is also important that you are proficient in preparation of loan and collection documents to support accounts for endorsement.

You need to have an extensive background in Collections, with strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and communications skills. It is also necessary that you are results-oriented, customer focused, committed and resourceful when achieving your deliverables.
As Collection Analyst, you should:
• possess a Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business management or any related business course
• have at least one (1) year experience in collections
• possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
• have the ability to work using MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• have a background in consumer loans (a plus)
• have the ability to adapt and adjust to sudden changes of working environment, policies, procedures & guidelines.
• be willing to be assigned in Ortigas area.
