Today we have a unique opportunity for a talented Business Analyst to join our eWave team to ensure technical solutions meet business needs and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Gather & document customer requirements, map them to platform capabilities and build solution architecture
• Wright use cases, constructing workflow charts and diagrams
• Create ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ process maps
• Recommend improvements and solutions
• Identify strengths and weaknesses in the current client processes and systems
• Work extensively with external stakeholders
• Take the full ownership of project documentation

• You have at least 2 years of experience
• Basic understanding of web applications and e-commerce areas
• Сompleted business analysis course is a big plus
• Experience in documenting & analyzing system integration solutions would be a significant advantage
• Exceptional written communication skills
• Good speaking and written English
• Knowledge of eCommerce trends and solutions is preferable
• Ability to adapt and think on your feet
• Extremely motivated and keen to learn.
• Technical background is desirable

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Software Requirements, including writing use cases, constructing workflow charts and diagrams
• Creation of ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ process maps
• Recommendation of improvements and solutions
• Identification of strengths and weaknesses in the current client processes and systems
• Working extensively with external stakeholders
• Full ownership of project documentation
• Systems analysis and design
• Software Documentation

• You have at least 3 years of experience
• Good understanding of web applications and e-commerce areas
• Knowledge of eCommerce solutions (Magento, SFCC) is preferable
• Experience in documenting & analyzing system integration solutions would be a significant advantage
• Full working proficiency in English, both, written and spoken
• Сompleted business analysis course is a big plus
• Ability to adapt and think on your feet

The Digital Delivery Consultant is the subject matter expert on the organisation’s eCommerce platforms and technologies, and will translate business requirements from client stakeholders into both functional and technical documentation to be used by the wider Solution Delivery team. In addition the ideal candidate will hav a passion for Project Delivery and as a “Consultant” be willing to combine responsibilities of that of a BA and PM to be able to service our customer base.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and problem-solving skills, and a passion for applying their expertise to help companies take the next step in their digital transformation. They would also have a good practical knowledge of the Applications space, with a sound understanding of the SDLC.

• Contribute to Solution Architecture
• Manage the Delivery of Projects
• Analyse Trade-offs between Usability & Performance
• Produce & Prioritise Test Cases
• Conduct Client Training
• Plan & Manage User Acceptance Testing
• Attend Client Meetings

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• 3 years of relevant experience, such as technical writing, product documentation, or online publishing including experience with writing technical customer-facing materials
• Previous experience as a Project Manager, Digital Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Implementation Consultant or Software SME highly advantageous
• (Preferred) 4 years of relevant work experience, including experience researching and writing excellent documentation for developers (APIs, SDKs, web technologies)
• (Preferred) Relevant industry certification
• (Preferred) Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
