JobSpring is constantly making sure that the positions posted are up-to-date and moderated. We reserve the right to remove any job posting at any time for whatever reason we see fit, please refer to the below guidelines for more information about this process.

Job Posting Guidelines

If your job posting meets the following criteria, it will be removed if no action is taken within 24 hours of initial flagging by our moderation team.

  • Are illegal in the Philippines. We are a Filipino company that abides by Philippine Law.
  • Any form of harassment will not be tolerated. Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, age, sexual orientation, disability and physical appearance; deliberate intimidation; stalking or following someone without their permission or ignoring a person’s request for personal space; unwelcome sexual attention such as inappropriate touching; and deliberate intimidation with the intent on making anyone feel unsafe by displaying unwanted behavior.
  • Derogatory, racist, sexist, or discriminatory actions in nature
  • Adult, pornographic, mature, or overly obscene
  • Inflammatory, offensive or demeaning material considered NSFW
  • Job listings that are meant to trick users into phishing scams by impersonating the company, or any postings where money is exchanged in some form of hiring process.
