JOB OBJECTIVE
Provide a seamless and outstanding customer experience through chat, email, and back office support.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Deliver top-tier customer support by promptly and accurately responding to inquiries and resolving any issues, primarily through chat and email.
• Execute back-office tasks with a keen eye for detail and efficiency to fulfill customer requests and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate and work effectively with other team members to achieve the best results for all customer-related requests.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably an IT-related course.
• Must have at least 1 year of customer service experience in the BPO industry, handling an international account.
• Work background in using chat and/or email communication is highly preferred.
• Prior experience in a technical account is a huge plus.
• Knowledge in HTML, CSS, Adobe Photoshop, and/or Canva is a huge plus.
• Must have excellent writing skills in English; good speaking skills in English.
• Tech savvy with strong interest in learning new technology applications.
• High attention to detail.
• Willing to work on night shift.
