THE ROLE

New Guards Group is looking for an Accounting Receivables Intern to join our team in Milan who will report directly to the Accounting Coordinator Receivables.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Support the team in the preparation and issuance of invoices
• Learn how to manage and reconcile incoming payments with outstanding invoices
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing discrepancies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts receivable transactions
• Assist in the month-end close accounting process
• Support the team in other different activities, when needed

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor Degree in Economics
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Ability to interact with several internal and external stakeholders, flexibility and accuracy
• Hands-on approach and willingness to work in team
