Your key responsibilities as the International Tax Manager
In this role you will provide international tax advice to multinational clients, managing a portfolio that includes US-headquartered multinational corporations. You will also handle complex cross-border transactions and mergers while assisting clients in developing effective international tax strategies. It will be key to stay updated with the latest international tax developments and lead projects addressing Swiss and cross-border tax issues, including restructuring and M&A projects.
Requirements

2-7 years of experience in international tax within an accounting or law firm, or a practice environment.

Swiss certification as a tax expert is preferred.

Fluency in German is advantageous.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law or Tax Law.

Experience in Corporate Tax.
