A new position of Senior Fund Administrator has opened up as they will soon onboard a new fund, which is why it is important to welcome an autonomous and skilled new employee. Your Responsibilities | Senior Fund Administrator – Corporate – Legal – Funds

• You will manage the day-to-day operations of the funds from a corporate governance point of view. This also includes the onboarding of the fund itself and the investors.
• You are also responsible for the preparation and organization of board and shareholder meetings, statutory changes, the approval of annual accounts and all necessary publications.
• You will coordinate with external parties such as legal advisors, authorities and service providers for efficient fund administration.
• You will work closely with the Head of department as well as the manager, who will always remain available if you have any questions or need support.

Profile and Career Path | Senior Fund Administrator – Corporate – Legal – Funds

• You have at least 5 years of experience as a Fund Administrator / Corporate Officer specialized in administrating funds, with a focus on Alternative Funds in private equity. Experience with UCITS funds, or UCI, will be considered an advantage.
• Experience in service providers as well as in-house will be taken into consideration.
• Fluency in English is essential for working with your colleagues, and is sufficient. Any additional language will be considered an asset.
• You can demonstrate that you have a stable career path so far, and have not changed employers every year for example.
• Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and a pragmatic approach will be clear advantages in this role.
