What you will do:
- Own the onboarding experience of new customers for their first year with SysAid, from the moment they click order to their first-year
- Schedule Kick-Off meetings to walk the customer through our implementation
- Review expectations, requirements, and
- Leading the implementation from a project management perspective, ensuring all major milestones are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare and execute the project
- Maintain a high level of engagement through the implementation process to ensure satisfaction and smooth delivery of solutions as per customer requirements and
- Responsible for setting a solid foundation for the customer, whilst minimizing time to
- Prepare a Joint Success Plan with the customer to align on business goals and
- Setting the customer up for success for the go-live date , sharing best practices, and equipping the customer and their teams with the right tools required to get full utilization from
Requirements :
- 3 years of experience in a Customer Success Manager/ Technical Account Manager/ Sales Account Manager
- Experience in the IT industry/ SaaS/
- Strong oral and written English communication Ability to create and deliver presentations to all business
- A proactive, energetic, and go-getter Thrive in a multitasking
- Creative problem
- Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational
