Key Responsibilities

• Review and assess usergenerated content to ensure compliance with established community guidelines and policies.
• Identify and report any inappropriate or harmful content to the relevant teams.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy while processing content in a fastpaced environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to implement best practices and enhance moderation processes.
• Provide insights on trends and issues observed during content review.
• Assist users by addressing their questions and concerns regarding content policies.

Qualifications

• Native Dutch speaker with strong communication skills in English.
• Previous experience in content moderation customer service or a similar field is beneficial but not required.
