The Role:
- Fulltime permanent position starting September 2024 (or sooner if possible).
- Teach Psychology at GCSE or ALevel level (please specify in your application).
- Cultivate a stimulating and inclusive learning environment where all students feel encouraged to participate and explore the fascinating world of psychology.
- Develop and deliver a thoughtprovoking Psychology curriculum that fosters critical thinking skills selfawareness and an appreciation for human diversity.
Who We Are Looking For:
- A qualified Psychology Teacher (QTS) with a passion for inspiring young people.
- Experience teaching Psychology at the specified level is preferred but we welcome applications from enthusiastic Newly Qualified Teachers (NQT) as well.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
- A commitment to fostering critical thinking skills selfawareness and a growth mindset.
- The ability to create a safe and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable exploring sensitive topics related to mental health and wellbeing.
