We are seeking a detailoriented Junior Content Moderator who is a native Dutch speaker with proficiency in English to join our team in Lisbon. In this role you will be responsible for reviewing monitoring and managing usergenerated content across various platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines and standards. Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate usergenerated content ensuring it adheres to established community guidelines and policies.
- Identify and escalate any inappropriate or harmful content to the appropriate teams.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy while processing content in a fastpaced environment.
- Collaborate with team members to implement best practices and improve moderation processes.
- Provide feedback on trends and issues observed during content moderation.
- Support users by addressing their inquiries and concerns related to content policies.
Qualifications
- Native Dutch speaker with strong communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in content moderation customer service or a related field is a plus but not required.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
