Tasks

• Experienced in the business model of Multi-Level Marketing and its mechanism
• Manage the country operations in conjunction with corporate standards to grow sales and market share
• Development and implementation of the marketing plan, business development strategy and product positioning plan.
• Identification of customers needs and high growth areas/trends to target marketing and sales programs
• Developing recruitment and retention programs to build customer base and loyalty
• Planning and execution of all sales events
• Protection of the companies assets by ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Execution of all projects delegated from the region

Requirements

• Degree in business administration or equivalent education
• Experienced sales manager with at least 5 years of work experience in Network-Marketing
• Extensive knowledge of the local market, analysing market trends and being able to think independently; familiar with using social media.
• Excellent speaking and writing in Turkish and English languages
