Key Responsibilities:
- Offer technical assistance to customers through voice email and chat channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to our products and services.
- Provide clear and concise information to customers guiding them through solutions.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our support system.
- Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Continuously update knowledge on products and services to provide accurate support.
Requirements:
- Native proficiency in German and B2level proficiency in English.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in customer support or a technical support role is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts including weekends.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM 8:00 PM (Rotational shifts; 8 hours per day).
- Saturday to Sunday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (5 days per week).
