- Monday to Friday: 07:00 19:00 (rotational shifts)
- Saturday: 08:00 15:00
- 2 days off: Sunday 1 rotational day
Contract Type: Permanent Contract (3month trial period)
Salary & Benefits:
- Base Salary: 830 EUR per month (paid over 14 months)
- Performance Bonus (KPI): 170 EUR per month (paid over 12 months)
- Meal Allowance: 7.23 EURper day (net)
- Transport Allowance: 20 EUR per month
- Braga Location Bonus: 20 EUR per year

Your Role in Our Team:
- Act as the primary point of contact for users of the Combined Services App providing support across various channels (phone email chat).
- Handle customer inquiries troubleshoot apprelated issues and provide accurate solutions for a wide array of services integrated into the app.
- Educate customers on how to fully leverage the platforms features ensuring optimal user satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and uptodate records of customer interactions managing queries with precision and empathy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure swift issue resolution and improve the overall client experience.
What You Bring:
- Fluency in French (C2) and strong proficiency in English (B2).
- Experience in customer service with a passion for helping people solve problems.
- Techsavvy with the ability to navigate apps software and troubleshoot effectively.
- A teamoriented mindset capable of thriving in a fastpaced hybrid work environment.
- Strong communication skills and a customercentric approach to service.
