Your Role:

As a Customer Support Specialist youll be at the forefront of helping customers with a variety of needs. Your responsibilities will range from answering inquiries about subscriptions and resolving billing issues to providing technical support. Your aim will be to ensure every customer leaves the interaction satisfied and informed.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Handle incoming customer calls with empathy and efficiency providing clear and helpful advice.
  • ProblemSolving: Address and resolve customer issues related to subscriptions billing and technical matters offering personalized solutions.
  • Team Spirit: Work closely with your colleagues to create a positive and collaborative work environment embodying the companys culture.

What Were Looking For:

  • Language Requirements: Nativelevel or C2 proficiency in French is mandatory.
  • Experience: No prior experience is necessary; we value a strong willingness to learn and excellent communication skills.
  • Legal Requirements: Candidates must have a valid EU ID or residence card to be eligible.

Job Details:

  • Location: This is an onsite position in our Porto office.
  • Schedule: The role involves rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday with working hours between 7 am and 7 pm.
  • Start Date: We are seeking candidates ready to start in September.
