Role Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Year 1 Teacher to join our friendly and dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering highquality teaching and learning to our young learners ensuring they have the best possible start to their education. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum tailored to the needs of Year 1 students.
• Foster a positive inclusive and safe learning environment that encourages student participation and wellbeing.
• Use innovative teaching strategies and resources to support differentiated learning ensuring all children reach their full potential.
• Monitor and assess student progress providing regular feedback to students parents and senior leadership.
• Collaborate with colleagues support staff and parents to create a cohesive and supportive educational experience.
• Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the schools ongoing improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Key Stage 1 (KS1) preferably in Year 1.
• A proven track record of delivering outstanding teaching and learning.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Key Stage 1 curriculum.
• Excellent communication organizational and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to fostering a love for learning and promoting a growth mindset among students.
• Passionate about education with a commitment to continuous professional development.
