Are you a fluent German speaker (C1) with a knack for English (B2) Do you have a passion for creating a safe and enjoyable online community We are on the lookout for dedicated Content Moderators who are ready to take on the challenge of monitoring and moderating content for a global social media giant. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that the digital space adheres to community guidelines fostering a safe environment for users worldwide.

Your Mission: What Youll Do

As a Content Moderator you will dive into a fastpaced team dedicated to quality and compliance. Heres what your daytoday will involve:

• Content Review: Meticulously monitor evaluate and moderate usergenerated content including videos posts and images to align with the platforms community standards.
• Tackling Sensitive Issues: Approach flagged content with professionalism and empathy making decisions that prioritize user safety and uphold community standards.
• Quality Assurance: Consistently meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) ensuring that accuracy and quality remain your top priorities.
• Data Protection: Protect user information and adhere to strict data privacy guidelines set by our client.

What You Bring to the Role

• Language Skills: Fluency in German (C1) and proficiency in English (B2) are essential for effective content review and team collaboration.
• Eye for Detail: A keen sense for spotting inconsistencies and ensuring adherence to content guidelines.
• TechSavvy: Comfortable navigating computer systems and quick to adapt to new tools in a dynamic work environment.
• Professionalism: A resilient teamoriented approach especially when engaging with challenging or sensitive content.

Preferred: An associate degree in a related field along with 612 months of experience in customer service or content moderation.

• Base Salary: 950 per month paid 14 times a year.
• Language Bonus: 450 per month for your language proficiency in German.
• Meal Allowance: 1837 annually (net).
• Relocation Package: Flight ticket and three weeks of accommodation to ease your transition to Porto.

Your Schedule: Rotative Shifts (24/7)

Be ready to embrace a flexible work schedule with two days off per week:

• Morning Shift: 07:00 16:00
• Afternoon Shift: 14:00 23:00
• Night Shift: 22:30 07:30

Please note: This is an onsite role requiring your fulltime presence at the Porto office.
