Position Summary:

We invite applications for the position of Content Moderator requiring fluency in German (C2) and proficiency in English (B2). The successful candidate will play a crucial role in evaluating and moderating usergenerated content ensuring adherence to community standards and enhancing user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Evaluation: Conduct thorough reviews of usergenerated content to ensure compliance with established guidelines and community standards.
• Informed Decision Making: Utilize sound judgment to approve reject or escalate content based on regulatory requirements.
• Reporting and Analysis: Document and report on content moderation trends issues and metrics to facilitate continuous improvement in operational processes.
• CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with team members and stakeholders to enhance content moderation strategies and address emerging challenges.
• User Interaction: Engage with users to provide feedback and insights that contribute to the evolution of community guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Language Proficiency: Demonstrated nativelevel fluency in German (C2) and strong command of English (B2).
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and analytical capabilities to effectively assess content.
• Communication Skills: Superior written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate decisions and provide feedback.
• Critical Thinking: Ability to make informed judgments and decisions in highpressure situations.
• Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to evolving guidelines and operational demands.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary: 1300 EUR per month (compensated over 14 months).
• Language Bonus: Additional 250 EUR language bonus distributed over 12 months.
• Performance Bonus: Eligibility for a performancebased bonus of up to 380 EUR monthly.
• Meal Allowance: Meal voucher card valued at 7.63 EUR for each working day.
