Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries through various channels including phone email and chat in Dutch ensuring clear friendly and professional communication.
  • Assist customers with productrelated questions order management and general inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently aiming for firstcontact resolution.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions feedback and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and address common issues.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed assistance to customers.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Native Dutch speaker with strong communication skills.
  • B2 level proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and a customerfocused approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
  • A genuine passion for helping customers and delivering exceptional service.
