Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through various channels including phone email and chat in Dutch ensuring clear friendly and professional communication.
- Assist customers with productrelated questions order management and general inquiries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently aiming for firstcontact resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions feedback and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and address common issues.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed assistance to customers.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Native Dutch speaker with strong communication skills.
- B2 level proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and a customerfocused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
- A genuine passion for helping customers and delivering exceptional service.
