Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service through various channels including phone email and chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to products and services in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update our database accordingly.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve service quality.
Requirements:
- Native proficiency in German.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and a customeroriented mindset.
- Familiarity with customer management software and digital communication tools.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Saturday: 7:00 AM 8:00 PM (Rotational shifts of 8 hours per day)
- Days Off: Fixed Sunday 1 rotational day off during the week.
