Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging ageappropriate activities that inspire curiosity and creativity.
• Create a warm and nurturing environment where children feel safe happy and valued.
• Support the social emotional and physical development of each child.
• Work closely with parents and carers to ensure every childs needs are met.
• Observe and track the progress of children maintaining accurate records.
• Promote positive behaviour and encourage teamwork and respect among the children.

Requirements:

• QTS
• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
• Passionate about child development and early education.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A positive patient and creative approach to teaching.
