SUMMARY: The Treasury Analyst, Global Treasury, supports the Global Treasury Manager in overseeing all cash management functions, managing banking relationships, forecasting and reporting on cashflows and performs related to day-to-day Treasury Operations for the Americas and LATAM regions RESPONSIBILITIES: Tasks may include but are not limited to: Liquidity Management/ Cash Management Prepares the daily cash balances report Reviews all cash management transactions Resolves cash issues in a timely manner Executes daily/weekly concentration of cash and borrowing Determines company’s cash position and assists with cash forecasting (Monthly and Yearly) FX Risk Management and Reporting Assist in the management of the Group’s foreign currency exposure including forecasting, reporting, and execution of foreign currency trading Confirm FX transactions with partner bank Assist Senior Treasury Manager in identifying and implementing new FX hedging strategies Treasury Operations Maintain Treasury procedures documentation and update when required Releases payments, ensuring accuracy of raised payments Controls bank reconciliation process Supports and maintains relationships with banks Manages ancillary product programs (cards/ virtual cards) Identifies cost-saving and profit maximizing opportunities related to Treasury The duties and responsibilities listed above are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all-inclusive. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Strong organizational and self-motivation skills coupled with a relentless passion for quality and reliability to “get it right the first time”. Candidate also needs to be able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Demonstrates initiative in day-to-day responsibilities. Understands best business practices with respect to this position, with a desire to continuously improve processes and internal controls. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly and concisely present information, including English language proficiency. Assist as needed with the annual corporate external audit and with statutory corporate tax filings as it relates to the billing processes. Understanding of financial accounting REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting. At least 2 years of working experience in Treasury, Finance or accounting English not lower than upper intermediate Advanced knowledge in the use of financial software applications and databases. Strong Microsoft Excel skills are essential. Possess critical thinking/problem solving skills Promotion to the next level is not automatic based on years of experience. Personnel are evaluated on proven competency, level of responsibility, and ability to work independently.
