Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Notice Period: Immediate Joiner or max 15days
Location: Gurugram (Gurgaon), with occasional travel to Pune as required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Setup, Implement and integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud across multiple channels, including Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push notifications
and Custom Dashboards.
• Execute strategies using Marketing Cloud Personalization, Data Cloud, and Datorama integration.
• Develop, implement, and optimize automations and journeys for daily operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Configure and manage SFMC components: Email Studio, Mobile Studio (Push, SMS, WhatsApp), Contact Builder, Audience Builder,
Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Reporting, and Einstein features.
• Write and troubleshoot SQL queries, HTML, and CSS for dynamic email functionalities.
• Hands on work experience with API triggers and 3rd party integration.
• API Promotional/Transactional and promotional campaigns.
• Provide ongoing production support, analyse issues, and implement solutions to ensure system stability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, guiding customers through the implementation and best practices of Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Develop user stories, functional specifications, and project plans in coordination with stakeholders.
• Conduct client meetings to understand business needs and tailor SFMC solutions accordingly.
• Track and manage project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary client contact, offering guidance on marketing best practices and resolving complex scenarios.
• Conduct Knowledge Transfer KT and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to the delivery team throughout the project, ensuring customer success.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation and integration.
• Strong client handling and communication skills.
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
• In-depth technical expertise in SFMC and familiarity with Salesforce CRM, MarTech, and AdTech solutions.
• Ability to understand business requirements, develop technical strategies, and create effective solutions.
• Proven experience with Salesforce product integrations.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and strong facilitation skills.
• Understanding of Marketing Automation Data Governance, Security, and Compliance best practices.
