Our company operates exclusively in English.<p><p>We are hiring a talented individual to join our team in Helsinki to be in charge of Product Design and Sourcing. You will be reporting directly to our Managing Director.<p><p>You will be responsible for developing consumer goods products manufactured in Europe across multiple brands and product categories (e.g. apparel and accessories, home decor, and textiles). This role is unique as it encompasses all aspects of the supply chain, from conception to product manufacturing, including design, marketing materials, and financial targets.<p><p><strong>Your responsibilities will include:<ul> <li>Perform market research to determine the products to be developed. <li>Ensure design decisions effectively combine beauty, functionality, and production efficiency. <li>Identify potential manufacturers in Europe and establish relationships to ensure the highest quality products for our brands. <li>Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers. <li>Manage the product sourcing process from initial request to final delivery, including sample approvals and quality control. <li>Ensure the products are trade compliant with the US regulations. <li>Work closely with photographers, videographers and copywriters to create marketing materials. <li>Be in daily contact with a 100+ strong network of entrepreneurs, craftsmen, designers, quality control specialists, logistics experts, and regulatory advisors. <p><strong>Requirements<p><strong>We are looking for someone who:<ul> <li>Has a great taste in branding and all things visual. <li>Is incredibly smart and resourceful. <li>Has excellent organizational skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment. <li>Is fluent in English, another European language is a plus. <p><p><strong>Benefits<ul> <li>Private Health Insurance <li>Training & Development <li>Lunch, sport & culture and transport benefits <li>Autonomy and exposure to learn and grow <li>International and fast-paced work environment <li>A meritocratic culture with a ‘best idea wins’ mentality
