Web Manager
We’re looking for an experienced Web Manager to lead the daily management and optimisation of all the websites (20+) across our global digital estate. As well as ensuring all websites and landing pages are up to date and operational to deliver organic leads, this pivotal role will work closely with the vertical marketing teams to deliver new pages across multiple demand generation campaigns. The role will also input and advise on the roadmap of our WordPress multisite, where most of our websites reside, to ensure it meets the company’s needs and is subject to constant improvement.
This person should have a track record of managing multiple websites with a strong background in website UX design, technical and on-page SEO and the ability to work across different CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot, Webflow and Unbounce). The role also involves working closely with our Revenue Operations team to ensure all lead capture forms (Pardot), tracking and CRM data flow (Salesforce, HubSpot) is operational and effective across our sites.
It would be advantageous if the person has experience of managing privacy and security software platforms, such as OneTrust, to ensure Xplor complies with data privacy regulations across multiple countries.
Lastly, this person should have demonstrated experience and success building and maintaining relationships across different teams and functions within a matrix organisation. They are excited for the opportunity to navigate organizational structures and help build processes that incorporate input, feedback, and results from several distinct stakeholder teams.
