Requirements
- This role demands a seasoned HR professional with 3 to 5 years of experience, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Recruitment and Staffing: Carry out the hiring process, from job postings to interviewing candidates and onboarding new employees.
- Compliance: Ensuring that the organization adheres to employment laws and regulations, conducting audits, and managing risk.
- HR Technology: Implementing and managing HR information systems and other technology solutions to streamline HR processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.
- Source potential candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, headhunting, etc).
- Negotiate job offers, salary packages, and other terms of employment.
- Oversee daily HR operations including employee records, payroll, attendance, and leave management.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, training, performance management, and exit formalities.
- Any additional certifications in HR or Training will be added advantage
