Requirements

• This role demands a seasoned HR professional with 3 to 5 years of experience, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Recruitment and Staffing: Carry out the hiring process, from job postings to interviewing candidates and onboarding new employees.
• Compliance: Ensuring that the organization adheres to employment laws and regulations, conducting audits, and managing risk.
• HR Technology: Implementing and managing HR information systems and other technology solutions to streamline HR processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.
• Source potential candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, headhunting, etc).
• Negotiate job offers, salary packages, and other terms of employment.
• Oversee daily HR operations including employee records, payroll, attendance, and leave management.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, training, performance management, and exit formalities.
• Any additional certifications in HR or Training will be added advantage
