Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

Builds and maintain business relationship with clients by providing prompt and accurate service so as to promote customer loyalty.
May assist management in ensuring performance goals are met.
Handling all incoming customer queries and questions
Give quotations and check product availability
Sell products or services and take payments
Track orders and arrange deliveries
Maintaining an accurate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database by entering and updating client information

Qualifications:

Experience in Customer Escalation Handling/ Good conflict resolution skills
Must be goal-oriented, organized, and ready to work/think outside the box
Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills. (a must)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (a must)
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, English, or equivalent.
Ability to multitask
1+ years of experience in customer service or an administrative role
Outstanding phone and email etiquette
Experience in warranty issues handling & order creating.

Salary: 25.000,00 ₱ Monthly
