- Maintain complete knowledge of use of equipment and tools needed in the pastry cooking and maintain and abide strictly the health and and hygiene regulation.
- Report to pastry chef for daily task and cooking requirements, Willing to quickly learn and develop cooking skills and making desserts taught by chef to the level required.
- Prepare all menu items and task given by following the recipes and guides given by chef and according to standards and maintain proper storage procedure as specified according to health department and by chef
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- Salary will be negotiable based on related experience.
