The Branding Officer (Paid Media) is responsible in supporting all internal/external branding/sourcing activities of the Company through proper planning, strategic managing and ensuring the over-all health of our paid media content campaigns in coordination with the Branding Officer/Sr. Branding Officer/Sourcing and Branding Manager/Sourcing and Branding Sr. Manager. The Branding Specialist (Paid Media) will also ensure that he/she is able to effectively manage the campaign budget by being able to meet the sourcing/branding goals of each campaign.
- Bachelor’s degree graduate of any course
- Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or other related fields is preferred.
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience in branding/marketing/digital marketing/public relation or any related field is an advantage.
- Average to excellent written communication skills is a must; good oral communication skills is an added plus.
- Must be knowledgeable/experienced in handling Paid Media campaigns and analytics across various platforms like Facebook, Google Display Network, Tiktok, Linkedin, etc.
- Basic knowledge in copywriting/proofreading is an advantage
- Must be proficient with Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Knowledge with multiple sourcing strategies and techniques in recruitment is a plus
