An amazing opportunity to work with a dynamic Australian Financial Planning Company for an experienced, vibrant, and highly motivated Appointment Setter VA.
Reporting to the Director and working with direction from the team you will be a self-starting, highly organised and experienced Appointment Setter Virtual Assistant. Experience and knowledge in inbound sales/leads is advantageous.
You will have a sound knowledge and demonstrated expertise in appointment setting soft skills. Ability to deliver best practice customer experience over the telephone. Experience within BPO sector for an Australian Provider (+) within Finance Industry (++).
Key Responsibilities
- Respond and acquire potential leads and their contact details from various channels (e.g. social media (Facebook & LinkedIn mainly), client referrals, events, online, etc.)
- Managing all phases of the new customer process and retention for client’s customers, including initial contact, appointment setting and onboarding.
- Booking follow-ups and help clients sign up deals
- Establish rapport and develop positive business relationships with customers and clients
- Develop and maintain prospecting database or CRM and making sure that details are accurate
- Follow up with leads through email, SMS, and phone call
- Provide full-cycle administrative support
- Complete related tasks as assigned
- Management of calendars, emails, calls and meetings.
- CRM management, data entry, workflow management
- Manage and book appointments
- Other Admin tasks as required
– Bachelor’s Degree
– Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an appointment setter or Lead Generation
– Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
– Proactive results driven and efficient
– Excellent communication skills, both. verbal and written
– Highly organised, process oriented an organiser of all things
– Experience with dealing in a fast-paced environment
– Exceptional listening and analytical skills.
– Intermediate level of knowledge in MS-Office.
– Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
– Experience in inbound sales/leads is a must
– Experience in Active Campaigns (+)
1. Monthly Salary: Php 30,000
2. Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 1st and 16th of each month
3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
4. Probation: 6 months and after Probation

5. 13th Month Pay
6. Laptop provided after 30 days
7. Permanent work-from-home role. You will have to use your own internet.
8. Shift times: 7AM – 4PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday
