An amazing opportunity to work with a dynamic Support Services Company for an experienced, vibrant, and highly motivated General Admin Support VA.
Reporting to the Director and working with direction from the team you will be a self-starting, highly organised and experienced Virtual Assistant.
You will be responsible for the following:
-Submit quotes and invoices to clients
-Ensure contractors receive job orders and follow up with customers for quality control
-Screen government contracts for important information to market to potential subcontractors
-Call and vet subcontractors
-Create spreadsheets with contact information
-Edit documents to be submitted with contract bids
-Research tax rates and regulations in new markets
-Create PowerPoint presentations to present to potential clients
-Create step-by-step guides based on training videos
-Create quarterly reports
GENERAL ADMIN DUTIES
-CRM management, data entry, sales pipeline management
-Manage and book appointments
-Client concierge and telephone point of service
-General administrative duties
Requirements
-Degree qualified (+)
-Minimum of 2 years of experience
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-Proactive, results-driven and efficient.
-Highly organised, process-oriented and organiser of all things
-Experience in data entry, document creation and general admin (+):
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
-Experience in using various software including:
CRM, softphone, Avaya, HubSpot
Benefits

Monthly Salary: Php 30,000
2.
Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 1st and 16th of each month

You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays

Probation: 6 months and after Probation
-10 days annual leave credits
