Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Plan, manage, and oversee all elements of production in our factory
- Assess and analyze current production methods
- Develop and draft an improved production process
- Determine how many workers are needed to operate the production line
- Develop and implement quality control measures that effectively monitor products and guarantee desired results
- Ensure all steps of the production run smoothly and efficiently
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering; master’s degree preferred
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure
- Familiarity with CAD software
- Proficiency using Microsoft Suite (Excel, Access)
- 2+ years of proven experience in production/industrial engineering; managerial experience a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
- Ability to effectively lead and direct employees
- Detail-oriented and extremely efficient
- Ability to maintain positive vendor and client relationships
- Willing to work in Pinamungajan, Cebu Steel plant site
