Duties and Responsibilities:
- Expected to be Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Money Out processes and assist in training and mentoring the rest of the processing team members
- Manage all functions related to movement of money out of the organization – claims/notice processing, loan payment processing, loan set ups, benefits/annuitizations, corrections both participant and group, periodic and non-periodic distributions, RMDs, QDRO processing, VIP/GAU transactions both participant and group, and forms fulfillment, escheatment and unclaimed property, and clearing suspense
- UAT for relevant applications
- SMEs for business requirements
- Participated in remediation efforts
- Manage support mailboxes
- Make outbound participant NIGO calls – resources available to answer support hotlines for call center
- Bot monitoring and reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- Must have at least 2 years’ experience in a Financial institution handling US retirement services
- Strong understanding of retirement plans
- Must be amenable to work on a Nightshift
