The company provides information and knowledge to make financial decisions that affect personal security. Throughout its business, the company has established agreements and affiliations with leading financial service providers.

Job Description

• Encode and enter transactions into payment and accounting software

• Pay bills weekly

• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports

• Process payroll weekly and bi-weekly

• Review and reconcile employee expense report as needed

• Pull down bank and credit card statements

• Fix sync errors in payment system

• Provide information by answering questions and requests via phone and e-mail

• Complete vendor, employee, and contractor setup within internal systems

• Contribute to team by accomplishing related results on projects as needed

• Other ADHOC tasks relevant to the role

Must Haves

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent English communication skills both written and oral
• Experience in doing reports
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Expertise or advance knowledge of QuickBooks
• High attention to details and managing process
• Analytic skills
• Professionalism and quick to solve problems
• Professional tone and polite while communicating by phone and email.

Nice to Haves

• 4+ years of administrative experience
• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or related role
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office and/or G Suite (specifically word-processing and spreadsheet software)
• Experience with online meeting software (like Microsoft Teams, Zoom or WebEx), online chat/instant messaging, etc.
• Proficiency with online calendars and scheduling (like Microsoft Outlook 365)
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to complete tasks with little supervision

Home Office Requirements
