Job Description

ACE Shared Services, Inc. is looking for a Learning Development & Talent Management Associate to assist in the implementation and operationalizing talent management and career development plan programs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·    Upload and manage all training courses/coordination on the Learning Portal, ensuring that learners can sign-up for courses​

·    Maintain and upkeep all enrollment and attendance records to provide accurate learning hours for all employees

·    Monitor and report programs and events evaluations

·    Work closely with key stakeholders to conceptualize and deliver new features and learning solutions for the Learning Portal​

·    Evaluate training courses effectiveness using available data such as assessment marks, sign-up rates, post- course surveys, etc.​

·    Creates, follows, updates and improve standard operating procedures/work instructions housed in the system​

·    Responsible for Training resources allocation management, process necessary payment requests for vendors​

·    Assist new hires with concerns during onboarding, coordinate with Helpdesk team for Learning admin queries, providing correct answers and resolving issue within the identified service level agreement (SLA)​

·    Consolidate and monitor employee learning reports on a regular basis

Job Requirements:

·    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or other related courses​

·    2 – 4 years of HR shared services experience (or related field)

·    Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)

·    Uncompromising commitment to client and customer satisfaction; Good customer service skills

·    Ability to quickly learn HR processes, policies, and practices

·    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, self-directed team-based environment; strong problem solving and decision-making skills​

·    Strong Presentation Skills and Training

·    This will be assigned in the shared services group of ACEN
