We are looking for an enthusiastic, ‘out of the box’ thinking B2B Partnership Manager, to cultivate, maintain and develop relationships among business partners in assigned industries.
The candidate will be responsible for being in frequent regular contact with all existing and potential partners to find opportunities in developing more business and strengthen the partnerships.
Your day could see you:
● Sourcing for potential partners
● Cold calling companies and reaching out through emails in specific markets / countries to find business opportunities and develop partnerships
● Constantly contacting current partners to develop and strengthen relationships with current partners to increase lead volume while improving cost and maximizing turnover
● Management of the customer database
● Setting up of accounts for prospects and customers
● Negotiate discounts and other contractual terms
● Regular service calls to partners and Build close relationships with existing accounts
● Preparation of weekly sales reports for management
● Keep up to date with current industry and competitor activity.
● Negotiate agreements from start to finish
● Negotiate discounts with existing partners
● Review and verifying monthly statements of affiliate partners
● Coordinating accounts with different departments (Sales/Finance)
● Regular follow ups and Pipeline Management
A BIT ABOUT YOU
● A structured and strategic approach to call planning, networking and presentations.
● Highly developed customer satisfaction focus.
● At least 3 years’ experience in B2B selling and/or partnership development is required
● At least two years’ experience in B2B customer service is required
● A bachelor’s degree is required.
● High level of accuracy and attention to detail
● Advanced MS Office skills, plus CRM system experience (Zoho)
● Ability to work independently as well as part of a Global team.
● Possess a proactive, outgoing and ‘can do’ personality who’s not afraid to speak up
● Fluent English (speaking and writing)
● Ideal candidate has experience with doing face to face client meetings
