· Reviews all standard procedures and specification criteria used in relation to quality control functions and evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards
· Establish and implements Total Quality Procedures
· Responsible for all quality related matters
· Performs product review of new models and submit evaluation report before mass production
· Provides final verification as necessary on all inspected lots, materials and finished goods
· Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
· Analyze data to identify areas of improvement in the quality system
· Devise sampling procedures directions for recording and reporting quality data
· Handles and generates corrective action and preventive action plans for clients or internal quality
related complaints or failures
· In charge for the timely execution of the internal and external audits
· Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
· Implement an effective QA trainings and certification program and manage the conduct of
QMS training
