Job Summary:

e-Comm brand – we do premium brands and accessories for urban and everyday use.

Administration and Customer Support Responsibilities and duties:

  • Mainly dealing with emails
  • We use Gorgias for emails and social
  • sometimes they may need to do a bit of reaching out via email – updates
  • getting into Gorgias > assign tickets to themselves > whatever they don’t know they can assign to other people
  • working through ticket – ideally answering every ticket within
  • create SOPs as they go along

Administration and Customer Support Qualification:

  • proactiveness
  • friendly customer service
  • empathetic
  • not be afraid to ask for help
  • e-comm knowledge
  • Shopify experience
  • communication skills must be excellent

Admin CS role:

  • Email Support, Chat Support

Schedule:

  • 11 til 6 PST (Monday to Friday) | 40hrs/week
