Administrative Assistant, be 100% YOU with MicroSourcing! An Administrative Assistant is expected to: Perform various administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the office. Input data and files, documents, and records onto CRM Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails. Data entry and processing on JIM2 Sending quotations Processing orders Assist in bookkeeping and basic accounting tasks. Handle general inquiries and provide information to clients or colleagues. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors. What it takes to be part of our team: Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
