Job Description
Recruitment Marketing Manager Will be responsible for enforcing the Employer Brand of AFNI. This resource shall help in establishing the future of AFNI by attracting the best talents. Ability to conceptualize events and activities that will spark the interest of job seekers and professionals. A problem-solver, persistent and avid goal setter. A person who can provide valuable experience and knowledge about AFNI Philippines.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Support the strategic marketing direction, spearhead brand communication development plan and initiate programs to support business growth in order to meet recruitment targets.
- Create and implement marketing plans that include social media channels.
- Manage and develop the market alignment of all brand initiatives in order to optimize usage, consistency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage brand ranking researches and create marketing strategies to internal stakeholders.
- Develop marketing materials such as online/social media collaterals, print, and events.
- Plan and implement creative and cost-effective marketing strategies all across all channels.
- Manage working relationships with other external providers and recruitment agencies.
- Handle and manage team performance based on unit goals and targets.
Minimum Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills):
Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field
With at least 2 year(s) of solid work experience in the same position for BPO — Call Center Industry
Ability to build strategic working relationships, to facilitate agreement with internal and external partners
Good and strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills
Highly creative and innovative
Recruitment sourcing background is a plus but not required.
Have good interpersonal skills and strong organizational skills
Willing to work on shifting hours
Willing to work in Commonwealth, Q.C.
Can start ASAP
