Collection Officer

Primary Function

The Collection Officer is responsible for all aspects of collections, identifying customer billing issues, and will be accountable for reducing the accounts receivable delinquency of assigned accounts.

Qualifications

• Responsible for handling the collection activities for accounts under portfolio.
• Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• With at least 2-3 years of experience in collections and doing outbound calls
• Proficient in MS Applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Access, and Word)
• Basic experience in SAP
• Proficient in Collection Management, Records Management, and Customer Relations
• Willing to be assigned in Tanza, Cavite
