Qualifications
– Minimum 2 years of experience in implementing Out of Home Advertising;
– Degree in Marketing or Mass Communication is a plus;
– Proficient in written and verbal communication skills;
– Mastery of Office tools especially Excel and Powerpoint;
– Ability to travel nationwide.

– Good negotiation skills;
– Understanding and proficiency in outdoor design;
– Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple
tasks and meet deadlines;
– Demonstrates ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting
priorities and last-minute changes.
Responsibilities
– Planning and developing Outdoor Media Offers for all Aldrtz Brands;
– Participate actively in negotiations and deal closure of Out of Home Displays;
– Effective management of blitzing / outdoor activations and strong capabilities to coordinate and manage multiple campaigns;
– Collaborate with PMs/PAs & BUMs to understand customer insights and aligns with the merchandising initiatives to develop the business strategy
for each campaign;
– Understand and monitor competitive landscape and provide insight and recommendations to optimize campaign tactics;
– Partner with cross-functional teams from across the organization to launch and support growth initiatives aimed at increase consumer acquisition
and retention.
