Job Description
The Jr. Site Architect contribute to and support architectural projects. They help prepare designs, complete construction documents, write up building plans and assist in the presentation of materials.
Create building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications
- Work closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyor, and architectural technologists.
- Specify the requirements for the project
- Travel regularly to building sites, proposed locations, and client meeting.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferably 3 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
- Willing to work on weekends, holidays and render overtime
- Licensed Architect is an advantage.
- Willing to be assigned in Alphaland Baguio Mountain Log Homes, Inc. and Balesin Island Club
- Can start as soon as possible
