Job Description
The successful candidate is expected to:
Develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaign across paid channels. He / She shall take full ownership of the SEO/SEM and improve the overall quality and quantity of website traffic. In addition to this, he/she shall be responsible for setting up and managing digital re-targeting ad campaigns to re-engage clients, Google Ad word campaigns and re-targeting campaigns and SEO optimization of content on the website and social media.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage SEO/SEM
- Manage re-targeting advertising campaigns
- Manage and track Google Analytics, GA4 and other digital analytics and digital marketing tools, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Budget, plan, execute, and measure digital campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Evaluate emerging software/technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Key Skills / Experience:
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database (CRM), display advertising campaigns
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage and inform
- Experience in optimizing landing pages
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools – Google Analytics Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
