Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering Chemical or Electronics
- At least 5 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
General Description:
Manage Production Engineering activities and contribute to the growth and profitability of the Company thru management team handling. Handle product and process improvement as well as new products. development/introduction, material qualification, and machine improvement.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sets key objective to be achieved by the section and establishes detailed business and target.
- Keep track of the status of all projects in his/her section by setting a monitoring scheme to achieve the timely execution of projects.
- Ensure projects are prioritized according to the needs of the company and the end customers.
- Review Validation Protocol and Results.
- Review result of Risk Management and Post Production Protocols and Results.
- Ensures that ISO, 5S, Safety, and GMP are observed by his/her section at all times.
- Develops a procedure to standardize the work that must be done uniformly in order to achieve a business plan.
- Coordinate all projects and delegate work to subordinates and entrust responsibilities and authorities.
