Job Description
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
- Assists in print and distribution of documents as needed
- Assists in scan and upload of documents according to company procedure
- Assists in the collection and registration of all technical documents i.e. drawings and blueprints in the database
- Assists in the review and update of documents for maintenance and quality control
- Keep other personnel updated on new document versions and how to obtain access
- Handle records across various departments
- Assists in the creation of templates for use by other personnel
- Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive documents
- Establish and maintain record retention timelines
- Assists in managing project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
- Assists in direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes, and emails
- Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
SPECIAL SKILLS:
- AutoCAD and MS Office
- QA/QC and safety process
- Ability to multi task
ADDITIONAL PROFESSIONAL SKILLS:
- A plus if with at least 1 – 4 years of working experience
- With exposure to an industry related to Oil & Gas, Petroleum, Chemical, Petrochemicals or equivalent
- Skills – Organizational and project management skills, MS office applications
- Knowledge in design software including AutoCAD and Revit
