Job Description
Responsible for the administration and daily operations of the Assigned Area, oversees business development, ensures profitability and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintains client and employee contact in the work area to ensure quality service is being applied.
- Plans, creates and implements programs/processes for branch employees and clients and actively participates in them.
- Spearheads marketing saturation drives.
- Maintains business partnership between the company and its business partners such as Loan Consultants, second-hand car dealers, and other organizations.
- Implements the business plans and programs designed by the Marketing Group.
- Delivers marketing activity within the agreed budget.
- Represents the branch during Management Committee meetings and other internal/external meetings.
- Performs other work-related functions and duties that may be assigned.
Key Requirements:
- Graduate of any four (4) year business related course.
- With at least five (5) years of sales experience coupled with excellent sales track record.
- With at least two (2) years of leadership/people management experience.
- Financing background, auto and truck sales background, or consumer loans banking is a plus.
- People oriented and results driven.
- Competent to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Willing to be assigned anywhere within Greater Manila Area
