CMS Admin – (WordPress) - Jobspring.PH Work from Home Jobs

Reports to Group Design and Experience Lead. Responsible for supporting daily operations of the content management system, including managing access permissions and web accounts management, implementation of content, CMS features and user interfaces. Fixes a wide array of frontend content maintenance issues.

OKR:

– Growth metrics (views, visits, social fans for website/s and media brand/s) – Revenue (display for web, ads for social, i.e., FB IA)*

Responsibilities:

– Drafts BAU, paid and strategic content according to required timelines for assigned titles – Troubleshoots frontend issues as they come up
– Optimizes, tracks and manages site speed, bounce rate and other engagement metrics with Data Analytics expert and uses said metrics to optimize website frontend performance – Manages access permissions and website accounts (Domains, Hosting, Site Themes, GSuite and Server subscriptions)
– Assists Group Design and Experience Expert in regularly updating and managing website and media properties from frontend perspective
– Works with SEO specialist in optimizing site content and website for optimal searchability – Works with UI/UX Backend Administrator to optimize flow and functionality of sites to streamline website user experience
– Liaises with GDEL & UI/UX and Backend Administrator to address any backend issues CMS & Frontend Administrator comes upon

Requirements:

– Skilled in using wordpress, AEM and Drupal
– In depth knowledge in CSS and HTML
– Has experience in email marketing
– Has experience in using Google Analytics
– Has the ability to work under high pressure conditions
– Has good problem solving skills
– Works in a proactive manner with minimal supervision
– Can work on multiple projects simultaneously
– Has good time management skills
– Bachelor’s degree in web development, electronics and engineering or other similar fields
Has a minimum of 2 years experience in web development and management
