Position: Jr. Podcast Producer

As a Junior Podcast Producer, your job is to oversee the production of a podcast. You
help manage the recording of episodes and evaluate content pitches from the hosts of the podcast.
Duties and responsibilities:
● Supervise the podcast’s production process
● Support the podcast host and team
● Manage the podcast production schedule and development
● Record and produce podcast episodes
● Call, email and schedule guests to join the podcast
● Prep the host and guest before a podcast recording
● Prepare questions prior to an interview
● Ensure podcasts meet internal deadlines
● Manage each episode’s editing, recording and distribution
● Monitor each episode’s analytics and metrics
